2-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of Matterhorn. Please note: non-smokers only.


Large, beautiful small apartment house "Richemont", 4 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the district of Winkelmatten 1.2 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.2 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Sauberes und ordentliches Apartment mit der notwendigen Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer ist dunkel und ungenügend beleuchtet. Herrliche Aussicht und ruhiges Quartier. Bushaltestelle direkt am Wegrand.
