This is the official website (portal) of Interhome AG. The following also applies accordingly to information which is sent to customers, e.g. in the form of subscribed newsletters. This information and these rules about use relate to all websites of Interhome AG world-wide. The right to specific regulations on other Internet sites of legal entities of the Interhome Group remains reserved. The information and also the rules about the use can change at any time.The changes shall be binding.

Intangible assets and other rights
Interhome AG is the owner and operator of this portal. All the brands, names, titles, logos, pictures, designs, texts and other materials used on it belong to a legal entity of the Interhome Group or a contracting party of the same. Visiting, downloading or copying of sites does not result in acquisition of any kind of rights (right to use, to intangible assets etc.). Complete or partial reproduction, transmission (electronic or by other means), modification, linking or use of the portal for public or commercial purposes is forbidden without prior written approval.

Access to the portal and use of the same are not guaranteed. The portal contains links to websites belonging to third parties. These sites are not operated or monitored by Interhome AG. Data transmission via Internet
The Internet is a network open to all and sundry and is thus not deemed a secure environment as a matter of principle. Although the individual data packages are transmitted encrypted as a matter of principle, this does not apply to the sender and the recipient. Information about our offers and services
We would like to inform you occasionally about our offers and services and those of our partners and make use of your personal data for this. Collection and use of information
In access to the portal, various access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of the access, name of the file accessed etc.) are stored. There are no personrelated assessments. For statistical purposes, data are evaluated anonymously, e.g. in order to see how many people access the portal on one day. These data are treated with strict confidentiality and not forwarded outside the Interhome Group for commercial purposes or made accessible to other third parties, unless this is demanded by valid law and in particular by the responsible criminal prosecution authority. As a result of your reservation or booking inquiry, Interhome AG additionally possesses various data on your person. Cookies

All your data are protected by a security certified server. The «Secure Server Software» SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypts your personal data before they are sent to us.
