In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access (mountain road). 200 m footpath to the house. Single garage at 200 m, public parking 400 m extra. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 200 m. Skisport facilities 4 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km, ice rink 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grächen 4 km, Zermatt 25 km. Please note: car recommended.

Winter
