Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.


Beautiful small apartment house "Les Chouettes", 4 storeys, built in 2003. In a central position, 50 m from the skiing area. In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 50 m, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 50 m. Golf course 18 km, tennis 200 m, gondola lift 50 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. In winter: Après-Ski Bar in 20m.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in Nendaz erlebt. Die Unterkunft war für unsere Kleinfamilie (1 Erw und 2 Teenager) gerade richtig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind eher knapp von der Grösse her. In den Badezimmern (1x mit Dusche, 1x mit Bad) hat es wenig Stauraum. Für eine 4 köpfige Familie wäre Show more der Platz wohl zu knapp. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und hat einen grosszügigen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas für Jagdliebhaber. Den Gartensitzplatz konnten wir augrund der Kälte nicht nutzen. Die Après Skibar gleich neben dem Haus hat uns vom Lärm her gar nicht gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Show less
