Balcony, east facing position balcony, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n E, garage space n 2 at the house, height 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.


Very beautiful, luxurious residence "la Corniche", built in 2007. On the outskirts, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Lawn. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 600 m. Golf course 15 km, gondola lift 600 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

Magnifique logement. Manque au niveau de la domotique pour un logement d'un tel standing. (Hifi, téléréseau).
