Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (extra) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: The double room can only be reached through the first bedroom, suitable as a family apartment. Low doorframes (approx. 1.70m) to the bedrooms.


Cosy apartment block "Gentiana (Utoring)", 1'650 m a.s.l., 5 storeys. 2 houses in the residence. In the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: reception, WiFi, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 400 m. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, pedestrian zone 400 m, bus stop 500 m, 400 m. Tennis, sports centre 400 m, walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental, ski school 500 m, sled run, ice field 400 m, children's playground 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Hiking paths: Hannigalp, Mattertal. Minigolf and fitness centre at 400 m. Children's play park "Robis" one minute walk (with small animals in summer). Another playground 2 minutes walk. Parking: 35 CHF/week in winter 28 CHF/week in summer, reservation on arrival. Nicely furnished apartments, facing south/southwest.

Mooie huiskamer met alle wensen aanwezig: radio, tv, keuken met veel apparatuur. Slaapkamers zijn wel klein, laag dak.

Fahren jetzt schon seit meiner Jugend hierher. Es war immer ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Die Natur, der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind einfach Traumhaft.

une location a 5 dans un appartement tres propre bien fourni en terme d'ustensiles, linges. Proximite du centre de Grachen (5mins a la descente et 10 a la montee) Location effectuee en septembre, hors saison avec la mise a disposition d une place de parking gratuite (tres commode)
