2-room apartment 53 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and DVD. 1 small room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 195 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10, height 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Large small apartment house "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 800 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.10. and 01.12.-31.12. pool opening hours: 07:30-20:00). Whirlpool, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bar 900 m, café 800 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m. Skisport facilities 1.5 km. Swimming pool closed in November. The resort was built on sloping grounds. The floors levels are calculated from the bottom terrace of the residence. In case of heavy snow falls, it is not allowed to clear out the snow from the terraces.

ASPECTS NEGATIFS: A notre arrivée: en général, vaisselle manque de propreté (sur assiettes et couteaux aliments collés, planchettes poisseuses, bols sales, miettes dans les tiroirs (range-couverts). Appartement désuet et vieillot avec des carrelages instables et certains fêlés au niveau du sol. Show more HOTTE très vétuste ne s'arrêtant pas de faire beaucoup de bruit même après l'avoir arrêtée parfois jusqu'à 30 minutes plus tard ! Présence d'un conduit d'air bruyant actif entre 07:00 - 09:00, 11:00 -13:00 et 18:00 - 20:00. ASPECTS POSITIFS: qualité de la literie, ampleur de la terrasse et la situation de l'appartement ainsi que la place de parking privative incluse dans le montant de la location. Show less

appartement assez bien,notamment résidence avec piscine superbe. Cependant le style de l'appartement est un peu vieillot notamment le linge de maison(draps et dessus de lit) et les couverts peu pratique(pas de vrai couteaux). D'autre part la résidence est assez complexe pour circuler dans les Show more étages avec une multitude d'ascenseurs et de sorties. Je trouve que le prix était un peu cher pour ce type de logement. J'ai connu mieux comme logement pour des prestations supérieures et le même prix Show less
