Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 28 (roofed), height 170 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Foldable baby cot without bedlinen.


Residence "Les Choucas B". Above Montana, 1 km from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Bus stop "Vermala Soleil" 25 m. Skisport facilities 500 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Route de Vermala: shuttle bus in Winter and from the end of June to the middle of September.

We have rented this apartment for 2 years in a row now. It is cosy and equipped with all the necessary furnitures and kitchen accessories. Improvements: the light bulbs in the bathroom and rest room could be a bit stronger. And the quilt of the double bed could be of a bigger size. Cet appartement de 3 petites pièces est tout à fait conforme aux photos sur le site. Propreté irréprochable, bonne literie, cuisine refaite à neuf, salle de bains ancienne mais de bonne taille. Balcon sympa. 2 toilettes, une dans la salle de bains et une séparée. Mobilier fonctionnel. Le wifi Show more fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous avons été satisfaits de cette location. Les deux seuls points négatifs à signaler : absence d'ustensiles pour faire fondue ou raclette ce qui est dommage à la montagne. Pression d'eau chaude insuffisante dans la douche et le lavabo de la salle de bain, mais bonne à la cuisine et aux toilettes. Show less
