Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating, boiler (300 litres). 2 balconies 10 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Partial view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 4 at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

l'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et bien situé dans Ascona. Eine herrliche Wohnung mit Blick vom Sonnenaufgang in den Bergen bis zum Sonnenuntergang über dem See. Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie mit großen Kindern und mehr.
