Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom 25 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen 20 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 10 m2, south facing position, large patio 30 m2, partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley, the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance.

We have stayed in "Eden" twice, returning from last year. It is a very quiet nicely situated property with a friendly owner who lives in the bottom unit of the house. The only "issue" is that it did not have air-conditioning...normally not a problem but this year it was VERY hot day and night! Show more Very well situated near Lugano, Agra etc. very close to TASIS. Make sure you get detailed instructions on how to find the property...easy once you know but first time can be a challenge.
