Simple and cosy furnishings: small living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 small double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, hand-basin. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Patio 35 m2, partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Langwies 9 km from Arosa: Cosy, rustic 2-family house "Montana", detached, built in 1972, surrounded by trees and meadows. In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 8.6 km, indoor swimming pool 8.6 km. Golf course 8 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km, mountain railway 8 km, ski school 8 km, ice field 8 km. Nearby attractions: Chur. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Treffpunkt Hochwang, Arosa-Lenzerheide. Hiking paths: Molinis-Tschiertschen. Please note: car recommended.

Vue magnifique! Cadre tranquille. Proche de la gare. Appartement fonctionnel, mais peu de confort. Pas vraiment adapté aux petits enfants : la terrasse n'est pas sécurisée (pas de barrière et talus dangereux)
