Bright, fully renovated in 2012, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, library, cable TV, flat screen and DVD. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, steamer, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Heating. Large terrace partly roofed, large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Emmetten 28 km from Luzern: Modern, beautiful, comfortable small apartment house, 3 storeys, built in 1977, renovated in 2011, surrounded by trees. Above Beckenried, on the outskirts, 400 m from the centre of Emmetten, in the district Vierwaldstättersee, in a quiet, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (extra) at the house, in winter 30 m communal covered parking (extra) at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Stans SBB" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, lake Vierwaldstätersee 6 km. Minigolf 6 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 300 m. Nearby attractions: Rigi, Pilatus, Stanserhorn (Cabriobahn), Bürgerstock, Niederbauen, Glasi, Hergiswil, Bike-Arena, Emmetten, Tritt - Hütte 1600 m.ü.M. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Stockhütte 7 km, Klewenalp 19 km, Seelisberg 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vierwaldstättersee 6 km, Urnersee, Seelisbergsee. Hiking paths: Route 1 Klewenalp-Stockhütte ca. 2h, Route 2 Panoramarundwanderweg ca. 1,5h, Route 6 Klewenalp-Gitschenen ca. 3,5h. Please note: car recommended. Die geräumige Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb des Vierwaldstätter Sees. Die Wohnung insgesamt vor allem aber Küche ist aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Sehr sauber, perfekt für paar oder mit einem Kind/Teenager. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 3km vom Vierwaldstätter See entfernt, Lage ist Top, Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet (inkl. Käsefondue und Raclette). Mit dem Postbus sind super Ausflüge möglich! Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bzgl. Informationen und Ausflugtipps. WLAN direkt im Haus!
