4-room house. Spacious, rustic and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining nook, satellite TV, flat screen, radio, CD-player and tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Fire extinguisher. The bath/wc in the 1st upper floor has underfloor heating. In the living/dining room there is an automatic ignition tled stove. Near the large terrace there is a covered pergola with open fireplace.


Cosy, comfortable chalet "Panoramablick", 2 storeys, built in 1958, surrounded by meadows. In the hamlet Aeschiried, 2.3 km from the centre of Aeschi, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, lawn for sunbathing. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking, single garage. Grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course 17 km, sailing school 7 km, tennis 2 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 27 km. Nearby attractions: Niesen, Niederhorn, Beatushöhlen, Schlösser um den Thunersee. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee. Hiking paths: Kandertal, Simmental. Please note: car recommended. The rooms are situated on 3 semi-levels. In the middle of a hiking area.
