Sofá malo y mojado (húmedo), el mobiliario del comedor en general, malo. Un armario de habitación lleno. Cubertería y utensilios cocina sucios. Ventiladores muy sucios. Lavavajillas desenchufado...... Solo las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias

Show more has undergone a thorough deep clean and reupholstering.
Unfortunately the dishwasher was unplugged for maintenance during your
stay and we are very sorry for the inconvenience that caused; it is now
up and running and fully functional. The cleaning team have been advised
to be more careful in future. We apologise for the less than acceptable
standards you were met with, however we hope to welcome you back again
soon in order to prove our service.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, as was xàbia itself. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The floors were very clean but the sofa in the living room was really filthy. It was very obviously used as a bed and smelled quite bad. It was grimy to touch and we Show more had to cover it with a bed sheet just to be able to sit on it each evening. It was not big enough to for 4 people so we also had to use the director chairs too, but these were very uncomfortable. I think some of the mattresses on the beds should also be replaced as they too are grimy to touch. There were items of clothing in some of the wardrobes which made me feel like we were almost intruding in someone else's private space. We paid for the apartment to be cleaned after our stay but I wonder whether it was properly cleaned after the previous occupants? The cutlery in the drawers were sticky upon arrival and the kitchen units didn't feel very clean, they too felt a little sticky. The bath upstairs needs a really good scrub and the shower curtain replacing. Overall, a great appartment, but it needs a deep clean. Two other observations: directions re disposal of rubbish would be handy , as would a detailed map for parking and the exact location of the apartment within the complex upon arrival. The staff at interhomes xàbia were very polite, helpful and supportive, I just had major issues with the cleanliness of the appartment. Best regards, Deirdre Show less
