Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with 1 double bed. Terrace 5 m2. Terrace furniture. Reserved parking at the house. Double bed is located on the open gallery above the living area. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Cosy terraced house. In a sunny position. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. and 31.Aug.). In the house: reception, sauna (extra). Air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Extra payment of registration fee on arrival: 1 EUR/person per stay.
