Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with 1 sofabed and dining nook. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Large terrace. Marvellous view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


    Königsleiten: Child friendly, cosy apartment block "Voithofer". In the centre of Königsleiten, in a sunny position, 3 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 10 m, gondola lift 100 m, slopes 10 m, ski school, children's ski school 20 m, cross country ski track 100 m.     Pleasant apartment in high altitude / 1600 m /. Simple, clean. Large terrace to the east. Two bathrooms. Suitable for two families. Nearby is a lot of hiking trails. Perfect for winter holidays, ski slopes for children at the house and lift 100 m away.

    There was an outstanding panorama from our terrace to the hills around. We watched in the morning as the sun came up.The property was really clean.
