Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. Attention, the apartment can accommodate only 8 people maximum!


    Flaurling 5 km from Telfs: Cosy 2-family house "Höpperger". In the resort, in a sunny position. For shared use: property 1'500 m2, orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Flaurling" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km.     We hebben hier een prima verblijf gehad, het huis is ruim genoeg en voorzien van wasmachine en vaatwasser. De houten vloeren en trappen zorgen wel voor veel gekraak. De matrassen van de slaapkamer op de woonetage zijn echt aan vervanging toe!

    Zegt genoeg dat we hier met de gehele familie een 2de keer terug zijn gekomen. Net als de vorige keer: zeer leuk appartement, waar je makkelijk met 7-8 man in kunt verblijven (verdeeld over 2 bovenste verdiepingen van een huis, let daar dus wel op je dient een trap omhoog te gaan voordat je op de Show more 1ste verdieping terecht komt). Goede locatie, makkelijk alles te bereiken vanuit hier (Innsbruck ligt op een kleine 20 min rijden), supermarkt en bakker liggen in de buurt en ook een paar eetgelegenheden (wil je uitgebreidere keuze hebben dan zul je of naar andere dorpjes of naar Innsbruck moeten gaan). Zeer gastvrije en behulpzame gastheer. Kuhtaï (skigebied) ligt op 40 min rijden, terwijl Seefeld op zo'n 20-25 min ligt. Show less
