    Flaurling 5 km from Telfs: Beautiful 2-family house "Hagele", renovated. In a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Flaurling" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 3 km, sports centre 5 km, cable car 15 km, ski lift 15 km, ski school 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gschwandkopf 18 km, Rosshütte 21 km, Kühtai 36 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Möserer See 15 km, Badesee Mieming 16 km. With the included WELCOME CARD, many services are free or reduced, such as numerous bus lines, guided hiking tours and much more. In summer, there is per person 1 free ride up and down on 4 selected mountain railways included, as well as the daily entry to the lake Natterer See and the swimming pool in Mutters.

    Perfect location for klettersteig (Geierwand, Wankspitze, Marchreichenspitze und Alpspitze. Recomandable for early sommer. Nice house, nice loction, nice people, nice garden, very clean.
