Large living room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only.


    Flaurling 5 km from Telfs: Cosy, comfortable working farm "Gruber", renovated in 2006. In the resort, in a sunny position. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 5 km, sports centre 5 km, cable car 15 km, ski lift 15 km, ski school 15 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 25 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rangger Köpfl 15 km, Gschwandkopf 18 km, Rosshütte 21 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Möserer See 15 km, Badesee Mieming 18 km.
