Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small, open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the valley. Please note: non-smokers only.


Large, beautiful small apartment house "Granit", 5 storeys. In the district of Untere Matten 200 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a central, quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 80 m from the house. Supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 200 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 200 m. Mountain railway 200 m, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Manque de lumière, interrupteurs n’allument rien, ampoules grillées. Vaisselle insuffisante et dépareillée. Pas de caquelon à fondue ni four à raclette (en Valais!!) Hotte d’aspiration cassée (avec une cuisine ouverte!) Draps + linges dépareillés et plus que vieux. Propreté laisse à désirer (toiles Show more d’araignées sur tous les plafonds, poussiéreux globalement). L’appartement pourrait être très agréable si le propriétaire faisait un minimum d’efforts. Très bien situé et calme, mais l’equipement - en particulier de la cuisine - rudimentaire et vieillot Un peu d’investissement serait loin d’etre un luxe (prise qui ne fonctionne plus, poubelle de la cuisine qui ne tient plus, peinture à la salle de bain défraîchie)

l'emplacement près des gares est vraiment un plus. Très calme . Parfait pour un couple et des enfants . salle de bains très lumineuse .
