2-room apartment 55 m2, on the lower ground floor. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.


Les Crosets 20 km from Monthey: Modern, comfortable residence "Le Hameau des Crosets". In the centre of Les Crosets, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking. Restaurant, bar 100 m, thermal baths 11 km. Tennis 12 km, sports centre 12 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental, children's ski school 100 m, ice field 12 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil (600km Pistes). Hiking paths: Portes du Soleil. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Très joli appartement où l'on se sent bien. Seul bémol, les lumières ne sont pas assez puissantes. Il faudrait des lampes halogènes. Enorme balcon avec vue sur les montagnes et aussi sur le chalet d'en face un peu trop près....Au final un lieu très agréable où il fait bon vivre.
