Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 4 at the house, height 210 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. (outdoor covered area).


Small apartment house "Les Faverges". In the resort, 200 m from the centre. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Bus stop "Montana Poste" 100 m. Skisport facilities 1 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence).

La cuisine mériterait d'être nettoyée à fond (odeurs dans les tiroirs et armoires), voire rénovée. L'insonorisation entre les appartements laisse à désirer.

Avons passé un séjour agréable mais sans plus. Il faudrait impérativement changer les matelas , on dort sur les lattes..l'odeur nous a moyennement gêné car on a vécu les fenêtres ouvertes .. Il y a bcp trop de chaises ds l'appart. celles en fer sont inutiles et pas pratiques.. Le chalet est bien Show more situé , calme et en même temps au centre. Je pense qu'en améliorant les choses ci dessus , la location serait bien meilleure. Show less
