Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Partial view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 35. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. (No cats).


Locarno: Large apartment block "Condominio Lido", 6 storeys, built in 1970, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, Locarno, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery, supermarket 700 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 200 m, pedestrian zone 1.5 km, bus stop "Locarno Sacra Famiglia" 50 m, railway station "Locarno" 2 km, sandy beach "Lido" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Genügend grosse Wohnung mit grosszügigem Balkon. Perfekt gelegen für ÖV Anreise. Super Lido gleich um die Ecke . Die Altstadt und die Seepromenade in Gehdistanz

Situation très pratique, à deux pas du lac et pas loin du centre. Cuisine très bien agencée. Balcon parfait, dans la verdure, ce qui apporte de l'air frais. Place de parc toute proche.
