Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Bath/WC. Heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: not suitable for small children not suitable for children under 14 years. Non-smokers only.


Moscia - Ascona: Beautiful residence "Sollevante (Utoring)". On the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre of Ascona, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south-east facing position. For shared use: swimming pool heated (7 x 5 m, depth 190 cm, 01.05.-15.10.). Terrace. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 200 m. Golf course 4 km. Terrace with magnificent panoramic views of lake Lago Maggiore. A cable car connects the different levels. Parking nearby (reservation on arrival). 10% discount for seniors (not combinable with other offers).

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts und war sauber. Alle waren freundlich. Toll war auch der tägliche Brötchenlieferservice.

Der Verwalter war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und hatte einen phantastischen Ausblick auf den See. Ruhe und Erholung pur !
