Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, fondue Set (chinoise)) with dining table. Sep. WC. Heating. Large terrace 22 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: iron, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. public parking limited.


Modern, beautiful residence "Flaminia", built in 1980, renovated in 2013. On the outskirts, 2.6 km from the centre of Montreux, in the district Riviera, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south facing position. In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Public car park at 1.2 km, extra. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, 25 minute walk to the centre. Nearby attractions: Lausanne 30 km, Genève 96 km, Vevey 8.6 km, Chateau Chillon 2.2 km, Swiss Vapeur Parc, Le Bouveret 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gstaad 63 km, Château-d'Oex 50 km, Les Diablerets 36 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Léman. Hiking paths: Rocher de Naye. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Bel appartement au calme avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Un peu éloigné du centre de Montreux, si vous souhaitez vous déplacer à pied, il faut une excellente condition physique.

Très gros problème de stationnement dans la résidence pouvant transformer votre séjour en veritable cauchemar ...... Il n'y a pas de transports en commun pour accéder au parc de stationnement qui se trouve à plus de 1.5 km .....! Sous la pluie en montée , c'est, une catastrophe.... Ça gâche tout.
