Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 pull-out beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Large balcony. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Beautiful, comfortable residence "Andromède", 4 storeys, built in 2010. In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the skiing area, in a pedestrian area. In the complex: lounge, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 300 m long motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), public parking 50 m. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 150 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de la Gruyère" 13 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, mountain railway 300 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental, ski school 150 m, sled run 300 m. Nearby attractions: Gruyères 5 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 10 km, Bulle 10 km, Fribourg 40 km, Gstaad 45 km, Montreux 46 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Moléson. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Gruyères 19 km, Lac Léman 45 km. Hiking paths: Moléson. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

L'emplacement de l'immeuble est parfait. Il donne directement sur la piste de l'école de ski, que l'on domine du balcon. C'est dommage que le mobilier soit du xxx d'entrée de gamme. Beaucoup de meubles et chaises ont des défauts. Heureusement le gérant super-sympathique s'occupe de tout. Autre Show more bémol: le thermostat du chauffage est unique pour toutes les chambres. Et contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le contrat, il n'y a pas de molletons sur les lits. Show less

L'appartement est très agréable à vivre. Pour 4 personnes sa taille est idéale. Sa vue sur la montagne est tout aussi parfaite.
