3-room apartment on 1st floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Patio, large garden. Barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and Alpstein + Säntis. Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Sometimes low door frames (1.80 m). Agriculture is no longer practiced at the farm.


Cosy, rustic farmhouse "Alpsteinblick", 1'000 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. Above Haslen AI, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: large garden with lawn and plants, natural garden. Patio, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 6 km, railway station "Teufen AR" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Cable car 12 km, ski lift 12 km, slopes 12 km, sled run 6 km. Nearby attractions: Appenzell 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schwägalp 25 km. Please note: car recommended.
