In the district of Schwendi, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: patio. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bicycle rental 3.5 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Schwendi" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4.5 km, tennis 4.5 km, minigolf 3.4 km, sports centre 3 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski rental 2.5 km, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 3 km. The property is in a very good condition, and remind me the living style that I used to have in NZ, and feel like living at home. It has great views, and the key holder is very nice.

Tolle Lage, aber die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr kommunikativ und sehr hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist geeigent für Menschen die Ruhe suchen und keine Probleme mit schwierigen Parkverhältnissen haben.
