"Son Valent", 5-room house 185 m2, lower ground floor. Object suitable for 8 adults. Spacious and bright, very rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC, hydro massage shower, whirlpool. Oil heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra), boiler (300 litres). Terrace 40 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note that the house is surrounded by working agricultral farms. There is a ramp at the entrance for wheelchairs which can also be used for the swimmingpool. The bathroom is adapted for wheelchairs. Two cots and two high chairs available. ETV/883


Large, cosy farmhouse "Son Valent", built in 1975, renovated in 2008, surrounded by fields. On the outskirts, 1.7 km from the centre of Sa Pobla, in a sunny position, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (extra). Motor access (via unmade road, ramp). Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1 km, internet café 1 km, railway station "Sa Pobla" 2 km, sandy beach 8 km, rocky beach 11 km. Sports harbour 13 km, marina 13 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 1.5 km, riding stable 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Object suitable for 8 adults groups of teenagers on request only. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Airfield 49 km from the property.

Avec nos amis nous avons passé un agréable moment ! Un propriétaire très sympathique et un pays magnifique. Il est plus que nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. On y retournera !

Finca liegt wie angegeben außerhalb von Sa Poblo, das heißt man kann so laut sein wie man will und stört niemanden und wird auch von Niemanden gestört. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Der Aufenthalt war erholsam. Die Spülmaschine sollte repariert werden und manche Möbel vielleicht Show more ausgetauscht werden. Im großen und Ganzen war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit einem sehr netten Vermieter. Die Zimmer sind auch alle geräumig. Show less

Generalnie może być, ale bez rewelacji. Dom w środku pola, dokoła można się spodziewać jeżdżących maszyn rolniczych. Trzeba mieć samochód. W środku czysto i lepiej niż na zewnątrz. W rzeczywistości na zewnątrz - tarasy, grill, basen, otoczenie - dom gorszy niż na zdjęciach
