Exit to the terrace, north facing position. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm), forced-air heating. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, X ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Terrace 12 m2, south facing position terrace 6 m2, north facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine.     Lägenheten ligger perfekt med utsikt över strand och hav från den ena terrassen och huvudgatan med bl.a.caféliv i Rincon de la Victoria från den andra terrassen. Nära in till Malaga. Lokalbussar går var 15:de minut på vardagarna.Trevlig restaurang - XXX - i bottenvåningen mot strandpromenaden.

    Bien todo en general pero sí que es necesario un toldo en la terraza. Y mobiliario más alto para poder ver el mar.Lo demás muy bien. Situación privilegiada.
