    Apartment block "Edificio Playamar II", 10 storeys. 2 km from the centre, 20 m from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn 600 m2, swimming pool (20 x 7 m, 01.06.-01.10.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, floodlit, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, lift, air conditioning. Roofed, parking. Grocery, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 20 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. The building is separated from the sea by the sea promenade road which goes to Grao. Underground passage straight to the beach. Interphone.

    Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Das Appartement ist top eingerichtet und sauber. Alles sehr großzügig. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

    Appartement impeccable. 4 belles chambres salon et cuisine bien équipés. 2 Salles d'eau bien aménagées. Lit et chaise pour bébé. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur mer. Piscine et plage au top. C'est l'appartement parfait pour des vacances au soleil à Benicassim.
