Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with hatch. Bath/WC, bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Reserved parking (fenced). Sun terrace with access via an outer staircase. Pergola with stone tables and benches. The house is only 4 m from the sea. For shared use: property 15'000 m2 with plants and trees. Private: terrace (80 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house (600 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Cambrils" 5 km, sandy beach 25 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Portaventura 20 km, parque acuático Aquopolis 23 km, parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 53 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Die Lage der Unterkunft unmittelbar am Meer ist einmalig! Das Meer ist Tag und Nacht hörbar. Viel Platz rund ums Haus. Grosszügige Terrasse. Die Ausstattung entsprach nur teilweise unseren Ansprüchen (z.B. Betten zu weich) Persönliche Nachreinigung war für unser Wohlfühlen notwendig (z.B. Küche). Meernähe großartig! Haus verdreckt, Klo trotz Sauberkeitsbanderole mit Sch. beschmiert. Geschirr mit Nahrungsresten verdreckt, wir brauchten 6 Stunden mit Desinfektions- und -Reinigungsmitteln und dann war das Haus bewohnbar, aber wir waren sowieso fast nur draußen.
