Beautiful villa "Ruisseñores", 2 storeys, built in 2007. In the district of Cap Marti, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 2 km from the sea. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 9 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

la maison est idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et proche de l'Arénal et des commerces. la maison est fonctionnelle (attention quand même à l'escalier si jeunes enfants) avec une terrasse en 2 parties; et la piscine est bien isolée. on ne peut que la recommander

Maison bien agencée et équipée pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge, et notamment une piscine qui est bien séparée de la terrasse. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants. La climatisation dans les chambres est un plus. L'endroit est résidentiel et très calme

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus, geräumig, top Küche und Geräte, schöner Garten, Pool könnte neu beschichtet werden, sehr ruhiges Quartier, neuwertige Betten und wunderbare Schränke. Alles gut beleuchtet und alles funktionierte.
