Beautiful 2-family house "Semira". 600 m from the centre of Domaso, in a quiet position, 1 km from the lake. Public parking 100 m. Shop, restaurant, bar 500 m, pebble beach 600 m. Sports harbour 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

General info

Domaso is a pretty resort on the northern end of Lake Como. It is surrounded by mountains, with nice beaches by the lake, bathing lake and with a constant wind which essential for practising sailing and windsurfing. The mountains have intersting excursions for mountain bikes. There are 2 windsurfing schools and 17 km away there is of of the most well-known golf course of this area. Railway station in Colico 12 km away. Como 55 km. Ski area at Madesimo approx 40 km (good connections) and St Moritz approx 60 km.

Superbe appartement avec terrasse donnant sur le lac, d'une propreté irréprochable, dans une magnifique maison toute en pierres avec un très beau jardin. Calme assuré car en retrait de la route principale. Des propriétaires très sympathiques avec le limoncello dégusté en leur compagnie en nocturne...ils donnent même la recette !

Die Wohnung war sauber und zentral gelegen. Abseits der stark befahrenen Straße und trotzdem nur 15 Minuten zum Seeufer. Die Dachwohnung bietet einen schönen, überdachten Balkon mit tollem Ausblick. Die Deckenhöhe innen, vor allem im Bad, ist für große Personen grenzwertig. Duschen im stehen ist nicht möglich. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung definitiv zu klein, für zwei gerade richtig. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und unaufdringlich. Kräuter zum kochen durften wir aus dem Garten nehmen. Alles in allem eine unspektakuläre, vernünftige Unterkunft für eine Woche Urlaub.

Propriétaires à la fois charmants et discrets (habitent juste en dessous, mais on n'entend absolument rien) ; appartement très bien aménagé avec tout le ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, notamment une chouette petite terrasse avec vue (partielle) sur le lac de Côme. Restaurants et commerces au village (Domaso), à 10 minutes à pied. Place de parking à proximité. Seuls petits défauts : la hauteur des plafonds à certains endroits dans la salle de bains, et aussi, dans une moindre mesure, dans la chambre à coucher et la cuisine (appartement mansardé) . A déconseiller peut-être aux personnes de très grande taille! Comme il s'agit d'un appartement situé directement sous le toit, il peut aussi faire assez chaud. Heureusement, on peut facilement faire un courant d'air le soir et le matin quand les températures sont plus fraîches.

Superbe accomodation with view on the lake and mountains . Could not fault anything. The land lady was really lovely though she had no words of English but it didn't matter . Lovely location, so quiet . Very close to Domaso, 10 min walk and 10/15 min to Vercana , up the hill. Loved it .

Das Haus war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht! Mit Seeblick! Die Whg war für 2 Personen super! Alles in super Zustand! Die Hausbesitzerin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen!

Perfekt ausgestattet für vier Personen (zweites Bett ist ein ausziehbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer). Ausgezeichnete Wohnung, tolle Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit, toller Ausblick vom gemütlichen Balkon, gute Küchenausstattung für Selbstverpfleger. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die im Erdgeschoss des Hauses wohnen, sich jedoch im Hintergrund halten. Problemlose Abwichlung bei Ankunft und Abreise. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl!

Ihana, siisti pieni kahden hengen asunto. Upeat maisemat, pitkä kaunis kävelytie ihan järven vieressä. Rauhallinen paikka, ei liikaa turismia ainakaan alkukeväästä.
