    "Kafka", 2-room apartment 40 m2, on the lower ground floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. Very beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The living room is partially separated from the double bedroom by a glass wall.


    The mansion "Villa Merlin" is a house built in the old English style, situated in a residence quarter on the edge of the historical city centre of Marianske Lazne apartment block, 3 storeys, built in 2006. In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a central, quiet position, located by a road, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 3 km, tennis 500 m, slopes 3 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The southeast side is opened over the house terrace into one of the most beautiful portions of the historical spa park. The proprietor arrange gladly on demand of guests an attendance of cultural events, of cure treatment, of drinking cures, a visit in the swimming pool, at the golf or tennis court, in the riding school, trips into the environs as well as scenic flights.

    L'appartement est très bien situé, en bordure d'un parc,très calme. L'aménagement est fonctionnel et esthétique. Le parking devant le studio est vraiment un plus. Nous avons regretté le manque de fenêtre dans la partie chambre du studio.
