    6-room house 280 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Living/dining room with satellite TV and tiled stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 2 double bedrooms. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. View of the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Attention: The extra bed is only a mattress, not a proper bed.


    Rustic, comfortable cottage "TYROL". On the outskirts, in a sunny position, 10 km from the lake. Private: patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 100 m, thermal baths "Aqua Dome" 850 m, bathing lake 10 km. Tennis 1.5 km, riding stable 1.5 km, skisport facilities 11 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, cross country ski track, ice field 300 m. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 26 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sölden 14 km, Ötz 17 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Offer: this house in an Aqua Dome-partner, due to this you will receive a special discount. ATTENTION, SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT: local tax is already included in the rental fee!!

    Das Haus hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Große Zimmer (5) mit zum Teil Badezimmern (3), gemeinsame Badezimmer (2), eine große Wohnküche, eine Sauna, eine Große Terrasse sowie einen Balkon. Stellplätze gab es auch in Summe 3 (1 Garage). Ein wirklich zu empfehlendes Haus.
