"Utoring Plaz 083", 1-room apartment 29 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 wall-trunk beds, TV and radio. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony. Garage space n 83. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Residence "Utoring Plaz". In the resort, 350 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool (pool opening hours: 16:00-19:00, extra). Children's playground. In the house: sauna (extra). Solarium (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, washing machine (extra). Communal covered parking. Shop 350 m. Tennis 500 m, ski lift, cross country ski track, ice field 350 m. Natural climbing garden nearby. 1 garace space included. 2nd space on request: 42.00/week. Individually furnished apartments with views of the village of Bivio as well as the majestic mountains. Swimming pool closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Off season the pool and sauna are completely closed.

zeer compleet ingericht appartement voor 2 personen met balkon op westen en prachtig uitzicht aan kabbelend beekje. ruime badkamer. minpunt: garage te laag voor grote auto geen wifi te kleine boiler.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, TV und Stereoanlage haben gute Qualität, die Lage in Ortsnähe ideal. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist für hohe Autos ungünstig, kein Internetanschluss.
