1-room apartment 25 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2016, practical and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, cable TV and radio. Kitchen in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 7 m2, east facing position. Please note: non-smokers only. Can be rented alongside property Ref: CH3920.210.2 as a 2-room apartment. The apartments are right next to each other (they share the same main entrance, but they also have separate entrance doors). Comfortable italian double sofa bed (160x200cm).


Beautiful, comfortable small apartment house "Sungold", 5 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 200 m. Mountain railway 400 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Overall, a good place to stay. Good location, comfortable sofabed and nice shower. However, we were disappointed by the lack of care with details: the kettle was filthy, there was no battery on the remote (so no tv) and only one tea mug in an apartment for two people. When we complained about the Show more kettle, Interhome got us a new one, but when we realized there was no battery on the remote, we couldn't be bottered top go back to the office to ask for some. I and my partner stayed in the apartment this December. The room was perfectly clean and tidy, furniture were nearly brand new, stove and oven were just as clean as those you use at your home. Utensils were well prepared and there was even a pot for Swiss fondue!! If you want a home-like place with Show more reasonable price to stay in Zermatt, it is the place to be stay in. A little drawback was that the bed was actually a sofa-bed which some might consider it uncomfortable, however with the price given, I have nothing to complaint at. Show less

Meine Frau, ich und unser Baby haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung vom Haus Sungold Ostseite sowie die Lage vom Haus, wo alles in der nähe vorhanden ist was man braucht und die Wege zu den Bahnen mit Bus oder zu Fuss leicht erreichbar sind!
