Living room with satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Old, simple small apartment house "St. Martin", 6 storeys. In the district of Wiesti, 700 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Mountain railway, ski rental, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, children's ski school 900 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Acceso difícil tras unas largas escaleras. Positivo si te quieres poner en forma. Enorme sala de estar, habitación de matrimonio cómoda, habitación secundaria algo pequeña. ....ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Auffrischung (Wände, Möbel), Küche und Bäder/WC sind bereits renoviert. Einige Anschlüsse (WLAN) fallen aus der Halterung, sieht nicht schön aus. Aber die Wohnung ist komfortabel mit schöner Aussicht aufs Matterhorn.

The apartment was very comfortable with big living room. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole apartment is clean. The view from the balcony is excellent, it can be seen Matterhorn.
