Cosy, simple apartment block "Matten (Utoring)". In the district of untere MAtten, 400 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: reception, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bakery, bicycle rental 400 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 20 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 400 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school, children's ski school 750 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

Wir hatten an jedem Tag Sonnenschein, da hat das Wandern besonders viel Spass gemacht, auch wenn es anstrengend war.

Il existe des appartement mieux placés et moins onéreux au centre de Zermatt. De plus il manque la WIFI. L'ensemble même si un peu vieillot est cependant bien tenu et le service correct.

Alles in allem eine "nette" Unterkunft, ohne Persönlichkeit. Küche und Bad neu, Wohn-/Schlafraum lieblos und uralte Einrichtung. Das Schrankbett fiel fast auseinander. Der Bettinhalt aber gut und bequem, ganz offensichtlich neueren Datums. Grosser, sonniger Balkon, voll möbliert. Im Haus selber war Show more praktisch jedes Geräusch auszumachen; von den Nebenwohnungen war jedes Husten zu hören. Die Lage trotzdem ideal, ein paar Minuten zu Laufen zum Einkaufen, zum Bahnhof und zur Sonnegga. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise problemlos, freundlich und professionell. Show less
