1-room apartment 40 m2, on the upper ground floor. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. View of the Matterhorn restricted by two trees.


Large, simple small apartment house "Kondor", 5 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.

Der stod i informationen til lejligheden at der var en fantastisk udsigt til bjergene. Lige udenfor vinduet var der to store træer, som vi kunne kigge ud på. Så bjergene og udsigten var nærmere bag træerne. Emhætten i køkkenet var i stykker og bar præg af at have været det længe.
