4-room apartment 120 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Very modern and luxurious furnishings: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Living room with Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.


Large, beautiful, cosy small apartment house "Breithorn", 6 storeys, built in 2004. In the district of Untere Matten 200 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a central, quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 80 m from the house. Supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 200 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 200 m. Mountain railway 200 m, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, ruhig und bietet viel Platz. Wir trafen sie sauber an - und sie ist während der Mietdauer problemlos sauber zu halten. Die Küchenausrüstung ist umfangreich (!), genügend Geschirr und Kochtöpfe sind vorhanden. We stayed in this lovely, bright flat over Christmas. It was perfect - large and spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean and sunny. Kitchen well stocked with pans/dishes, etc. Excellent location. Only downside was it was a little too warm - because it is radiant heat and centrally Show more controlled so hard to control.
