Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, fondue Set (cheese)). Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and east facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Balcony 15 m2, terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.


Rittinen 2 km from Grächen: Cosy chalet "Allegra". In the district of Rittinen, in a sunny position. Private: property, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 200 m. Cable car 2 km, mountain railway 2 km, ski lift 2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 2 km, ice field 2 km. The area Rittinen-Niedergraechen is 1500 m above sea level.

la photo est trompeuse. En fait la maison est au milieu d'autres maisons et même en contrebas par rapport à certaines. La description mentionne une vue superbe sur les montagnes mais on voit surtout d'autres chalets. Les alentours ne sont pas parfaitement entretenus. Le chalet est assez confortable Show more mais il manque quelques équipements : grille-pain, four micro ondes... Show less

Le chalet est agréable et fonctionnel, cuisine très bien équipée. Il y a juste l'accès qui n'est pas évident (si il y a de la neige) car c'est un petit chemin qui descends sur environ 40 mètres et c'est très glissant.
