"Rosablanche C61", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 6th floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, 1 sleeping facility and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. View of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Lift C. Fireplace unusable.


Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.07.-15.09.), children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, lift, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Shop 10 m, bus stop 100 m. Golf course 25 km, chair lift 20 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, sled run 100 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only.

Location agréable et conforme aux photos avec des appareils modernes (micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, vitrocéram). Seul bémol, petit frigo et fenêtres de la cuisine et de la salle de bain pas facile à ouvrir pour quelqu'un de petit !

The furniture in the living area has to be thought about. With the sofa bed folded out, there was no room to move. The balcony door let in a stream of cold air, making it difficult to manage the temperature. There is simply not enough light in the apartment. What lighting there is is old fashioned Show more and not really in keeping with the fairly luxurious price tag. The ski location itself is good, the ski-in aspect of the building ideal. But for the price we had to pay for the Christmas week, we would not consider this apartment again. Show less
