"Chalet le Refuge", 5-room chalet 90 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 bed (110 cm, length 200 cm). Open large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and CD-player. Living room. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). 2 showers/WC. Balcony, terrace, south facing position, garden, south facing position, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra).


Rustic, comfortable chalet "Chalet le Refuge". 250 m from the centre of La Tzoumaz (Les 4 Vallées), in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 250 m from the skiing area. Private: beautiful garden lawn and flowers. Motor access to the grounds. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. 8 minute walk to the centre, indoor swimming pool 250 m. Tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift, slopes, ski school, sled run 250 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency 4vallees4saisons.com in La Tzoumaz.

Een oud, traditioneel, krakend houten huis met een heerlijke tuin voor de kleinkinderen, vlak bij alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn voor een heerlijke wintersportvakantie.

Die Lage des Chalets war gut, aber die Ausstattung leider mangelhaft. Die Heizung funktionierte nur teilweise, sodass zusätzlich mit Holz geheizt werden musste, welches jedoch im Preis nicht inclusive war. Fijne woning, vooral ook door de tweede woonkamer (door ons bibliotheek genoemd) die heerlijk is om rustig te lezen. Lekkere zonnige tuin met gras en terras, zodat de stoeltjes op steen of gras neergezet kunnen worden. Ruime eigen parkeergelegenheid. Auto kan helaas niet tot naast de woning komen, Show more dus 20m hellinkje af met de tassen. Ruim voldoende eetgelegenheid in het dorp dat helaas niet zo'n oude karakteristieke kern heeft.
