"Richemont II/Apt 124", 2-room apartment 30 m2 on 1st floor. Simple and tasteful furnishings: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 200 cm). Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (length 200 cm), cable TV, digital TV and international TV channels. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 20 (roofed). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


Small apartment house "Richemont". In the centre of La Tzoumaz (Les 4 Vallées), in a quiet, sunny position, 400 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 20 m, 0 minute walk to the centre, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 200 m, gondola lift 300 m, ski rental 60 m, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten, sled run 300 m, children's playground 200 m. Fantastic picture views and balcony, very warm Apartment. Nice enough apartment, practical and clean though clearly the decorations were from a different era. Did wonder why a wreath was still on the door and a Christmas tree still present in February. Put wreath in the wardrobe and left the tree Show more standing as didn't want to be charged the large accident breakage free. No microwave and coffee machine, which we didn't use, was a splashed with old coffee. Nice shower/toilet though last people left a wedge of hair in the drain and also the pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge sofa bed looked new, though the mattress rather uncomfortable, he pillows were just bags of broken foam and cases very old and yellow so not the best. Bunk beds were fine, duvets very warm (again clearly very old but functional). Still, bed linen and towels pristine and good quality, though no bottom sheet for the sofa bed so had to spread out a spare duvet cover as a bottom sheet between myself and (after removing a lot of previous persons hair) and sofa bed mattress. Lots of small moths in the apartment, always seemed to be finding more after a cull and hoping haven't brought any home. People with disabilities could use the lift but the narrowness of the internal corridors and tight corners would make it a struggle. If you want a quiet getaway be aware there were young children in an apartment above us and their running around was clearly evident. For the price, one might wonder why more than one toilet roll was provided. We bought a pack and left them for the next people. Show less

longer an ongoing issue. The apartment was also thoroughly cleaned. We
are sorry for what you encountered during your trip but we hope that you

us immediately - no later than 48 hours after arrival - This way, we
