Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Parquet floors. Large terrace, south facing position, lawn 130 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Below Crans, in the district of La Délège, outside the resort, 2.9 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Stepped path (64 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house at 100 m. Shop 2.8 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 2.8 km, bus stop "Crans-Montana, La Délège" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 4.2 km, indoor tennis centre 4.2 km, riding stable 4.6 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 3.2 km, cross country ski track 2.8 km, ice rink 3.9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Moubra 4.2 km, Etang Long 2.7 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Montana, 5 km.
