1-room apartment 41 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and flat screen. Small alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace 13 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Garage space n 90, height 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.


Large small apartment house "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 800 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.10. and 01.12.-31.12. pool opening hours: 07:30-20:00). Whirlpool, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bar 900 m, café 800 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m. Skisport facilities 1.5 km. Swimming pool closed in November. The resort was built on sloping grounds. The floors levels are calculated from the bottom terrace of the residence. In case of heavy snow falls, it is not allowed to clear out the snow from the terraces.

Très mauvais service clientèle d'Interhome. Obligation de louer des draps pour lit ainsi que linge de salle de bain même si indication sur le contrat est "selon occupation et consommation". L'appartement est en mauvais état. "La chambre à coucher", équipé d'un lit à étage, se trouve dans une alcôve Show more en face de la cuisine (dans un couloir large d'un mètre) avec rideau et sans fenêtre. Donc pas de chambre à coucher! Le salon est très petit. L'ameublement est de très mauvaise qualité. Même pour un prix modeste, c'est appartement ne devrait pas être mis en location! Show less
