4-room apartment 100 m2 on 7th floor. Partly renovated in 2017, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill fondue Set (chinoise)). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Terrace 47 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 51, height 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Entrance to the apartment via the ground floor.


Large small apartment house "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 800 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.10. and 01.12.-31.12. pool opening hours: 07:30-20:00). Whirlpool, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bar 900 m, café 800 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m. Skisport facilities 1.5 km. Swimming pool closed in November. The resort was built on sloping grounds. The floors levels are calculated from the bottom terrace of the residence. In case of heavy snow falls, it is not allowed to clear out the snow from the terraces.

arbeitsbedingt waren wir in Crans Montana, die Unterkunft war gut. super grosse Terrasse, leider passte das Wetter nicht ganz :-)

Zeer ruime woning met prachtig uitzicht. Groot balkon (op het dak van het zwembad). 2 badkamers, 1 met bad en 1 met douche, beide met WC. Helaas geen Wifi in het appartement, maar wel in de centrale ruimte (Foyer). Eigen parkeerplaats in de garage. Wasmachine en droger tegen betaling beschikbaar in Show more de wasruimte. (de wasruimte zit onder het appartement, als de wasmachine gebruikt wordt, is dat hoorbaar in het appartement, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken). In 1 kamer staan 2 stapelbedden met totaal 4 slaapplaatsen. Deze zijn eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor kinderen of pubers (zoals onze kids), niet voor 4 volwassenen. We zouden er zeker weer heen gaan en het aanbevelen aan vrienden! Show less
