Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony 16 m2. Balcony furniture. Side view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Folding baby bed and without bed linen.


Small apartment house "Les Violettes". Above Montana, in the district of Les Violettes, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces), public car park at 25 m, extra. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 150 m, bus stop "Violettes" 25 m. Skisport facilities, ski rental 100 m.

Cet appartement est bien situé et a du potentiel. Toutefois il faudrait réinvestir dans les couverts et la vaisselle trop dépareillés pour de la location. Le mobilier du salon est nullement confortable. Dommage quand on vient pour se détendre... l'achat d'un vrai salon apporterait à mon sens une Show more clientèle qui reviendrait louer ce lieu. Quartier très tranquille ! La ventilation de la salle de bains ne fonctionne pas. À réparer. Show less
